# Calendly

> Connect Calendly to your Atako agents — 20 read and 9 write actions.

Let your agents work with your Calendly account — look up event types, scheduled meetings and invitees, manage webhooks, and create scheduling links.

## Connection

* **Authentication**: API key (Personal access token).

  Log in to Calendly → Account → Integrations & apps → "API and webhooks" → "Get a token now" → Generate new token. Name it, click "Create token", then copy the personal access token (shown once). The token inherits your user permissions — there are no scopes to pick.

| `get_current_user` | Get the authenticated user (includes the user URI and current\_organization URI needed by most other calls). |
| `get_event_invitee` | Fetch a single invitee of a scheduled event. |
| `get_event_type` | Fetch a single event type by UUID. |
| `get_organization` | Fetch an organization by UUID (get the current organization UUID from the current\_organization URI of get\_current\_user). |
| `get_organization_membership` | Fetch a single organization membership by UUID. |
| `get_routing_form` | Fetch a single routing form by UUID. |
| `get_scheduled_event` | Fetch a single scheduled event by UUID. |
| `get_user` | Fetch a Calendly user by UUID. |

| `create_scheduling_link` | Create a single-use scheduling link for an event type. |
| `create_webhook_subscription` | Subscribe a callback URL to Calendly events (invitee created/canceled, no-shows, routing form submissions). |
| `delete_webhook_subscription` | Delete a webhook subscription. |
| `invite_organization_user` | Invite a user by email to join the organization. |
| `mark_invitee_no_show` | Mark an invitee as a no-show for their scheduled event. |
| `remove_organization_membership` | Remove a user from the organization (deletes the membership). |
| `revoke_organization_invitation` | Revoke a pending organization invitation. |
| `unmark_invitee_no_show` | Undo a no-show marking for an invitee. |
