# Close

> Connect Close to your Atako agents — 18 read and 17 write actions.

Let your agents work in your Close CRM — manage leads, contacts, opportunities, tasks and notes on your behalf.

## Connection

* **Authentication**: API key (API key (api\_...)).

<Note>
  Close → Settings (gear icon) → Developer → API Keys → "+ New API Key". Name it, click Create, then copy the key (starts with api\_). API keys inherit your user's permissions — no extra scopes to pick.

  See [Close's documentation](https://app.close.com/settings/developer/api-keys/).
</Note>
