# DocuSign

> Connect DocuSign to your Atako agents — 7 read and 3 write actions.

Let your agents manage envelopes, templates and users in your DocuSign eSignature account.

## Connection

* **Authentication**: OAuth 2.0 — you authorize Atako via DocuSign's consent screen; no key to copy.
* **Scopes requested**:
  * `signature`

<Note>
  DocuSign → Settings → Integrations → Apps and Keys → Add App and Integration Key. Set the OAuth Redirect URI to your platform callback URL and enable "Authorization Code Grant". Copy the Integration Key (client ID) and generate a secret key. The minimal scope is "signature" (send and manage envelopes); the account and its API host are discovered automatically at connect time.

  See [DocuSign's documentation](https://developers.docusign.com/platform/auth/obtaining-access-tokens/).
</Note>

## Write actions (3)

| Action | Description |
| - | - |
| `create_envelope` | Create an envelope from a template. Pass templateId, templateRoles (array of \{name, email, roleName}), and status ("created" for draft, "sent" to send immediately — default "created"). emailSubject and message are optional. |
| `send_envelope` | Send a draft envelope by setting its status to "sent". The envelope must be in "created" status. |
| `void_envelope` | Void (cancel) an envelope. Pass voided: true and a voidedReason (required, max 1000 chars). The envelope must not yet be completed. |

## Permissions

Every action above must be explicitly granted to an agent before it can be used. See [Permissions](/integrations/permissions) for the grant model and [Security](/integrations/security) for how credentials are protected.
