# Fathom

> Connect Fathom to your Atako agents — 7 read and 0 write actions.

Let your agents read your Fathom meetings — transcripts, summaries, action items — plus teams and members.

## Connection

* **Authentication**: API key.

<Note>
  In Fathom: User Settings → API Access → Generate API key, then copy it. API access is available on every Fathom plan. The key only sees meetings you recorded or that were shared with you or your team; listing users requires an account admin.

  See [Fathom's documentation](https://developers.fathom.ai/quickstart).
</Note>

## Read actions (7)

| Action | Description |
| - | - |
| `get_meeting_summary` | Get the AI summary of one meeting (template name and markdown). |
| `get_meeting_transcript` | Get the full transcript of one meeting (speaker, text and timestamp per line). |
| `list_meeting_types` | List the organization's meeting types (active and inactive); their names are the meeting\_type filter of list\_meetings. |
| `list_meetings` | List meetings visible to the key, with cursor pagination. Filters: created\_after / created\_before (ISO date-time on created\_at), recorded\_by (one recorder email), team (one team name), calendar\_invitees\_domain (one company domain, exact match), calendar\_invitees\_domains\_type (all \| only\_internal \| one\_or\_more\_external), meeting\_type (a name from list\_meeting\_types). Set include\_transcript / include\_summary / include\_action\_items / include\_highlights / include\_crm\_matches to true to embed that content in each meeting. |
| `list_team_members` | List team members (name, email), optionally for one team name. |
| `list_teams` | List the teams of the Fathom organization. |
| `list_users` | List all users of the account with their permissions. Account admins only (403 otherwise). Filters: team (team name), status (active \| deactivated \| invited), settings\_access (none \| team\_admin \| account\_admin); invited cannot be combined with settings\_access. |
