# GitLab

> Connect GitLab to your Atako agents — 20 read and 23 write actions.

Let your agents work with your GitLab projects — issues, merge requests, files, pipelines and releases.

## Connection

* **Authentication**: API key (Personal access token (glpat-...)).

<Note>
  GitLab → click your avatar → Edit profile → Access tokens → Add new token. Name it, set an expiration date, tick the "api" scope (or "read\_api" for read-only access), click "Create personal access token" and copy the token (starts with glpat-).

  See [GitLab's documentation](https://gitlab.com/-/user_settings/personal_access_tokens).
</Note>
