# Google Forms

> Connect Google Forms to your Atako agents — 3 read and 6 write actions.

Let your agents create, read and update Google Forms, add questions, manage responses and toggle quiz mode. Use the Google Drive connector to list forms (mimeType application/vnd.google-apps.form).

## Connection

* **Authentication**: OAuth 2.0 — you authorize Atako via Google Forms's consent screen; no key to copy.
* **Scopes requested**:
  * `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/forms.body`
  * `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/forms.responses.readonly`

See [Google Forms's documentation](https://developers.google.com/workspace/forms/api/reference/rest).

## Read actions (3)

| Action | Description |
| - | - |
| `get_form` | Get a Google Form by its formId. Returns the full form structure including items, settings and info. formId is the long alphanumeric ID from the form URL. |
| `get_response` | Get a single response for a Google Form by its responseId. |
| `list_responses` | List responses for a Google Form. filter: a response filter expression (e.g. timestamp >= 2026-01-01T00:00:00Z). pageSize: max responses per page (default 5, max 10000). pageToken: token for the next page. Answers are keyed by questionId: answers\[questionId].textAnswers.answers\[].value. |

## Write actions (6)

| Action | Description |
| - | - |
| `add_question` | Add a question item to a Google Form. title (string): the question text. type (string): one of "choiceQuestion", "textQuestion", "scaleQuestion", "dateQuestion". options (array of strings, required for choiceQuestion): the answer choices. required (boolean, optional): whether the question is required. index (integer, optional): position in the form (0-based) — omit to append at the end. |
| `add_text_item` | Add a text-only item (title + description) to a Google Form — no question, just informational text. title (string): the heading. description (string, optional): the body text. |
| `create_form` | Create a new Google Form. title (string, required): the form title shown to responders. documentTitle (string, optional): the title visible in Google Drive — if omitted, defaults to the title. |
| `delete_item` | Delete an item from a Google Form by its index (0-based position in the form). WARNING: this permanently removes the item and its data. |
| `make_quiz` | Enable or disable quiz mode on a Google Form. isQuiz (boolean): true to enable quiz mode, false to disable it. Disabling quiz mode removes all grading settings. |
| `update_form_info` | Update the title and/or description of a Google Form. title (string, optional): new form title. description (string, optional): new form description. At least one must be provided. |

## Permissions
