# Google Sheets

> Connect Google Sheets to your Atako agents — 2 read and 6 write actions.

Let your agents create, read, update and query Google Sheets. spreadsheetId is the part of the URL between /d/ and /edit, or the id returned by create\_spreadsheet. Use the Google Drive connector to search for spreadsheets.

## Connection

* **Authentication**: OAuth 2.0 — you authorize Atako via Google Sheets's consent screen; no key to copy.
* **Scopes requested**:
  * `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets`

## Read actions (2)

| Action | Description |
| - | - |
| `get_spreadsheet` | Get spreadsheet metadata and sheet list. spreadsheetId is the part of the URL between /d/ and /edit, or the id returned by create\_spreadsheet. Use Google Drive to search for spreadsheets. |
| `get_values` | Read a range of values from a spreadsheet (A1 notation). Call it once per range. |

## Write actions (6)

| Action | Description |

| `add_sheet` | Add a new sheet (tab) to a spreadsheet. |
| `append_values` | Append values after the last row of a table in a range. valueInputOption controls how the data is interpreted. |
| `clear_values` | Clear all values from a range (A1 notation). Formatting and data validation are preserved. |
| `create_spreadsheet` | Create a new spreadsheet with an optional title and initial sheets. |
| `delete_sheet` | Delete a sheet (tab) from a spreadsheet by its sheetId. |
| `update_values` | Write values into a range (A1 notation). valueInputOption controls how the data is interpreted. |
