# Mailchimp

> Connect Mailchimp to your Atako agents — 17 read and 19 write actions.

Let your agents manage your Mailchimp marketing — audiences, contacts, segments, campaigns, templates and reports.

## Connection

* **Authentication**: API key (API key (xxxx-usNN)).
* **Required settings**:
  * **Datacenter** — Suffix of your API key (e.g. us21 in xxxx-us21)

<Note>
  Mailchimp → click your profile icon → Account & billing → Extras → API keys → Create A Key, name it and copy the generated key (format xxxx-usNN). API keys grant full account access (no scopes to pick). The suffix after the dash (e.g. us21) is your datacenter — enter it in the Datacenter field.

  See [Mailchimp's documentation](https://admin.mailchimp.com/account/api/).
</Note>
