# MailerLite

> Connect MailerLite to your Atako agents — 9 read and 5 write actions.

Let your agents manage subscribers and groups, read custom fields, forms and automations, and prepare campaign drafts in MailerLite.

## Connection

* **Authentication**: API key (API token).

<Note>
  Sign in to MailerLite → Integrations → MailerLite API → Generate new token. Name it (e.g. "Atako"), then copy the token right away: MailerLite never shows it again. The token acts with the rights of the user who created it and stops working if that user is removed from the account.

  See [MailerLite's documentation](https://dashboard.mailerlite.com/integrations/api).
</Note>

| `list_groups` | List groups (with subscriber counts and rates). filter\[name] matches partially; sort: name, total, open\_rate, click\_rate or created\_at, prefix with - for descending. Page pagination (page starts at 1). |
| `list_subscribers` | List subscribers, optionally filtered by status. Cursor pagination: pass meta.next\_cursor from the previous page as cursor. include: "groups" adds each subscriber's groups. |

## Write actions (5)

| Action | Description |
| - | - |
| `add_subscriber_to_group` | Add an existing subscriber to a group. Arguments: subscriber\_id (string, the numeric MailerLite subscriber id from get\_subscriber or list\_subscribers — not an email); group\_id (string, numeric group id from list\_groups). |
| `create_campaign_draft` | Create a regular campaign as a DRAFT (never sent nor scheduled by this action; send it from MailerLite). Arguments: name (string, required); emails (array of exactly ONE object, required: subject string, from\_name string, from string — a sender address already verified in MailerLite, optional reply\_to string — also verified, optional content string of full HTML — only on MailerLite plans that allow custom HTML, see their pricing page; without content, design the email in MailerLite); groups (optional array of group ids as strings, from list\_groups; omit to choose recipients later in MailerLite). |
| `remove_subscriber_from_group` | Remove a subscriber from a group (the subscriber stays in the account). Arguments: subscriber\_id (string, numeric subscriber id — not an email); group\_id (string, numeric group id from list\_groups). |
| `unsubscribe_subscriber` | Unsubscribe an email address without deleting it (sets status to unsubscribed; groups and fields are kept). Argument: email (string, required). If the address is not yet in the account, it is added directly as unsubscribed. |
| `upsert_subscriber` | Create a subscriber, or update it if the email already exists (non-destructive: omitted fields and groups are kept). Arguments: email (string, required); fields (object: field key → string, number or null, keys from list\_fields, e.g. \{"name": "Ada", "last\_name": "Lovelace"}); groups (array of group ids as strings, from list\_groups — adds only, never removes); status (one of active, unsubscribed, unconfirmed, bounced, junk); resubscribe (boolean, true to reactivate a previously unsubscribed address); subscribed\_at, opted\_in\_at, unsubscribed\_at (strings "yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss"); ip\_address, optin\_ip (strings, IP addresses). |
