# Twilio

> Connect Twilio to your Atako agents — 14 read and 8 write actions.

Let your agents send SMS/MMS, place and control phone calls, and manage queues, recordings and phone numbers on your Twilio account.

## Connection

* **Authentication**: API key (AccountSID:AuthToken).

  Twilio Console (console.twilio.com) → Account Dashboard → "Account Info" panel → copy the Account SID, then click "Show" next to Auth Token and copy it. Paste both joined by a colon: AccountSID:AuthToken (e.g. ACxxxx…:your\_auth\_token). The Auth Token has full account access — no scopes to configure.

## Read actions (14)

| `get_balance` | Fetch the current account balance and currency. |
| `get_call` | Fetch a single call by SID, including status, duration and price. |
| `get_conference` | Fetch a conference by SID, including its status and region. |
| `get_message` | Fetch a single message by SID, including its delivery status. |
| `get_queue` | Fetch a call queue by SID, including its current size and wait time. |
| `get_recording` | Fetch a recording's metadata (duration, source call, media URI) by SID. |
| `list_available_phone_numbers` | Search local phone numbers available for purchase in a country. |
| `list_calls` | List phone calls made from and received by the account, with optional filters. |
| `list_conference_participants` | List the participants currently connected to a conference. |
| `list_conferences` | List conferences on the account, with optional status/name/date filters. |
| `list_incoming_phone_numbers` | List the phone numbers provisioned on the account. |
| `list_messages` | List messages sent from and received by the account, with optional filters. |
| `list_queues` | List the call queues on the account. |
| `list_recordings` | List call recordings on the account, optionally filtered by call or date. |

| `create_call` | Start an outbound phone call driven by a TwiML URL or inline TwiML. |
| `create_message` | Send an SMS or MMS message to a phone number. |
| `create_queue` | Create a call queue where inbound callers can wait. |
| `delete_call` | Delete a call record from the account. |
| `delete_message` | Delete a message record from the account. |
| `delete_queue` | Delete an empty call queue. |
| `delete_recording` | Permanently delete a call recording and its media. |
| `update_call` | Modify an in-progress call: end/cancel it or redirect it to new TwiML. |
