# Typeform

> Connect Typeform to your Atako agents — 7 read and 2 write actions.

Let your agents create and manage Typeform forms, retrieve responses and workspaces, and list themes.

## Connection

* **Authentication**: API key (Personal access token).
* **Required settings**:
  * **Region** — Use "api" (default) for most accounts, or "api.eu" for EU Data Center accounts.

<Note>
  Log in at typeform.com → Account → Personal tokens → Generate a new token. Tick the scopes matching the actions you grant: accounts:read, workspaces:read, forms:read, forms:write (create and update forms), responses:read, themes:read. In the Region field, keep "api" (default) or enter "api.eu" if your account is hosted in the EU Data Center.

  See [Typeform's documentation](https://www.typeform.com/developers/get-started/personal-access-token/).
</Note>

## Read actions (7)

| Action | Description |
| - | - |
| `get_account` | Retrieve the current account details (use as a connectivity probe). |
| `get_form` | Retrieve the full definition of a form (fields, settings, theme, logic). |
| `get_workspace` | Retrieve a single workspace by ID. |
| `list_forms` | List forms in the account, optionally filtered by workspace. |
| `list_responses` | List responses for a form. Supports filtering by date range, completion status, search query, and cursor-based pagination. |
| `list_themes` | List available themes in the account. |
| `list_workspaces` | List all workspaces the account has access to. |

## Write actions (2)

| Action | Description |
| - | - |
| `create_form` | Create a new form. The request body must include a title and optionally fields, settings, theme, workspace, etc. |
| `update_form` | Replace an existing form entirely (PUT). The body must include all fields you want to keep — any field omitted will be deleted. Fetch the form first with get\_form to get the current state. |

## Permissions

Every action above must be explicitly granted to an agent before it can be used. See [Permissions](/integrations/permissions) for the grant model and [Security](/integrations/security) for how credentials are protected.
