Every company has a shared drive — a single place to store documents that your agents can work with, organized like a normal folder structure.

Your file library

Go down to the Context storey and click the Files cube, or open /context?room=files. Files are organized into folders; everything you drop in is visible to your agents.
1

Create folders

Click New folder. Organize by topic, project, or agent — whatever makes sense for your team.
2

Import files

Click Import, or drag and drop files into the list.
3

Preview and download

Select a file to preview it, then click Download to get the original back.
4

Rename, move, or delete

Use a row’s actions menu to Rename, Move to…, or Delete a file or folder. Deleting a folder deletes everything in it, permanently.
Each file shows who added it — you, a teammate, or an agent.

Previews

Many common formats preview directly in the browser, no download required: Markdown, CSV, JSON, PDF, HTML, images, video, audio, plain text, and source code. Other file types can be downloaded — agents read them either way.

Sharing files with an agent

File access is granted per agent. Open the agent on the Floor, expand Shared files in the agent panel, and click Open the list:
Files an agent creates on its own — reports it writes, exports it generates — show up in its shared files automatically, tagged Agent.
Revoke removes a shared file’s access from the agent without deleting it from your drive. It’s only available for files you explicitly shared — files the agent created itself are its own output, not something granted to it.

Company context

Background every agent should know — your company description and useful links — lives next door, in the Knowledge cube on the same storey. See Team.
