The Org chart shows your company’s people and agents, team by team, with their managers and job titles.

Opening the org chart

On the Floor, click Org chart, or press G. You can also open it directly at /floor?orgChart=1. The chart can be zoomed, fitted to the window, and its teams collapsed or expanded.

Editing the structure

Click Edit the org chart, then pick a card to edit it in the inspector.
1

Create a team

Click Create a team and name it, e.g. “Sales team”. Teams can be nested — a team with sub-teams can’t be deleted until those are deleted first.
2

Set who reports to whom

Select a person, an agent, or a team. Reports to sets its manager; Team lead sets a team’s lead. A team’s agents inherit its lead unless they have their own manager. A person can only report to a person.
3

Give people and agents a job title

With a person or an agent selected, fill the Job title field. That title is the line shown under the name, in the org chart and on the floor. Emptying the field removes it.
Moving an agent or a person to another team can also be done on the Floor itself: switch to Edit (or press E) and drag them onto another team.
Where an agent sits on the chart is a reference, not a permission — it doesn’t itself grant any access. Chat privacy, file grants, and integration permissions all work the same regardless of where an agent sits on the chart.

Permissions

Any company member can view the org chart. Editing — creating, renaming or deleting teams, setting managers and team leads, and setting job titles — is limited to admins; members see a read-only view.
