Let your agents work in Jira — search with JQL, create and update issues, comment, log work, and transition issues through your workflows.

Connection

Authentication: API key (email:api_token).
Required settings:
- Site name — yourcompany in yourcompany.atlassian.net

Go to id.atlassian.com → Security → API tokens (https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens) → Create API token → name it and copy it. The token inherits your Jira permissions — an account with browse/create/edit rights on the target projects is enough. Enter the credential as your-email@company.com:the_api_token (email and token joined by a colon).See Jira’s documentation.
